These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Bubbles Swimming (hereafter referred to as "the School," "we," "us," or "our") and the parent(s)/guardian(s) (hereafter referred to as "the Parent(s)," "you," or "your") of children enrolled in the swimming lessons provided by the School. By enrolling your child in our swimming program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration and Enrolment

• All registrations must be completed through the School's official registration system. A registration form must be submitted for each child enrolled.

• Parents must provide accurate information regarding the child's medical history, including any allergies, disabilities, or special needs that may affect their participation in swimming lessons.

• Enrolment is confirmed only after receipt of payment for the selected course or lesson package.

2. Classes and Schedule

​

• The School offers swimming lessons for children of various ages and skill levels. The schedule of classes will be provided at the time of registration.

• Classes are subject to availability. The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor availability, weather, or public holidays.

• Parents will be notified of any changes to the schedule, and efforts will be made to accommodate any necessary adjustments.

3. Payment and Fees

​

• Fees for swimming lessons are due upon registration. The School accepts payment via bank transfer and cash.

• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the School is unable to provide the agreed services, or if a class is cancelled by the School.

• The School reserves the right to revise fees and payment structures at any time, with prior notice to enrolled parents.

4. Health and Safety

​

• Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically fit and able to participate in swimming lessons. If your child has a medical condition that may affect their ability to participate, you must provide the School with a doctor's note and discuss any necessary accommodations.

• The School reserves the right to refuse participation to any child who appears unwell or whose health or behaviour may endanger themselves or others.

• Parents are expected to arrive promptly to drop off and pick up their child. The School is not responsible for children before or after scheduled lesson times.

5. Supervision and Behaviour

​

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to and from the swimming pool. The School staff will supervise children only during the scheduled lesson times.

• The School strives to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Disruptive behaviour, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in the child being asked to leave the lesson or program.

• Parents are required to stay on the premises during their child's lessons for safety and communication purposes.

6. Liability and Waiver

​

• By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with swimming and water-based activities. The Parent(s) agree to release and hold harmless Bubbles Swimming, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during participation in swimming lessons.

• The Parent(s) agree to be responsible for any medical expenses that may arise as a result of an injury sustained during the swimming lessons.

7. Photography and Media Consent

​

• The School may take photographs or videos of children during lessons for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By enrolling your child, you consent to the use of these images and videos.

• If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please inform the School in writing prior to the start of the program.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

​

• The Parent(s) may cancel a child’s enrolment at any time by providing written notice to the School. Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the start of the program.

• No refunds will be issued for missed classes or partial attendance.

9. Privacy Policy

• The School is committed to protecting your privacy and the personal data of children enrolled in our programs. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering lessons and maintaining contact with parents.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

• The School reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be communicated to enrolled parents, and the most current version of the Terms and Conditions will be available on the School’s website.
